REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: 28th March 2024
We want you to love our products, but more than that we want you to love us. Our returns policies below are simple and designed with that in mind.
IF THERE IS A FAULT OR ISSUE:
Contact us right away at [email protected]. Our friendly support team are here to support you and resolve any issues.
IF YOU’VE CHANGED YOUR MIND:
PRODUCTS (I.E., EXCLUDING GI BIOME+ AND OTHER TESTS)
For all products (excluding test) you’re entitled to a full refund of the product in accordance with consumer “cooling off” rights. You will need to tell us within 14 days of receipt and return the unopened/unsealed items to us within a further 14 days. Please see the cooling off section of our Product TCs for more information. Don’t forget to include your name and email address details within the return parcel so we can seamlessly refund you upon receipt if you qualify.
GI BIOME+ AND OTHER TESTS:
If you change your mind after purchasing any GI Biome+ or other test, you may still have the right to change your mind within 14 days of purchase.
We are entitled to make a deduction from the refund to cover any services supplied up to the point of cancellation. For example, there may be a small charge of £25 to cover the cost of the test kit which we are unable to accept and reuse. If we have received and started processing your sample, then we may need to charge you the full fee, i.e., there will be no refund. Please see the cooling off section of our Testing TCs for more information.
