ABOUT SHIPPING RATES
We throughout UK and Europe. All of our orders are shipped by Royal Mail 48 (2nd class) service, for UK addresses. Upgrades to Royal Mail 24 (1st Class) and courier may be available at checkout.

Free UK delivery is offered on all orders of £30 or more (Rest of World will incur specific country shipping rates). 

Orders to countries outside of the UK may be liable to customs fees and/or import charges. It is the customer's responsibility to cover the payment of these charges to enable passage of the parcel through customs and to the recipient. These charges will vary depending on the country the parcel is being shipped to.

ABOUT DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 12pm (midday) on the same working day. Orders placed on a non-working day are dispatched on the next working day.

You will receive an order confirmation to your e-mail immediately upon successful payment. Our goal at Gutology is to ship your orders as soon as they become available. Please ensure you provide the correct contact details and delivery address.

Please note, Royal Mail do not absolutely guarantee their service delivery times. Where available, we would suggest upgrading to courier if your delivery is urgent.

For European destinations, we vary the couriers that we use. These services have limited tracking, and are delivered via the national postal service of the destination country. Please expect delivery times of between 3 and 10 days.
