Sea salt is a great source of electrolytes like magnesium, calcium, potassium, and sodium. HOW DO I TAKE GUTOLOGY HYDRATE?
Simply add one scoop (6g) to 500ml of water, or two scoops (12g) to 1 litre of water. Mix thoroughly until the powder is completely dissolved ensuring a uniform solution.
